A SHORT HISTORY
QStwenty Ltd is a small QS practice founded by Chris Green in 2021, based in the Oxfordshire village of Hook Norton.
ABOUT
Chris qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 1993 and works primarily for private clients on high end residential properties and country house gardens.
Other clients include builders, developers and commercial organisations. Our core services are cost planning, procurement advice, tendering, final account settlement, small scale dispute resolution and fee monitoring.
We work on new builds, refurbishments, extensions and listed properties. We can provide early stage cost advice from concept sketches before you fully commit to your project, and refine those costs in line with design development.
OUR SERVICES
We collaborate with other companies who manage projects, undertake insurance reinstatement valuations, offer insurance advice and give VAT rulings.
We have a list of reliable builders we work with regularly and can offer suggestions for your professional team if you are considering a building project.
We can tailor our service for small schemes and carry professional indemnity insurance for maximum contract value £10M.
